Day 425 has arrived

So much to take in re SA politics and negative events around the world: Covid scare, Volcano in Congo, hunger in Zim, conflict in Israel etc.
   Amidst this turmoil nature is performing growth duties...
Arie planted this yellow poinsettia in 2004.
His "elephants ear" is flowering. He used to treat my foot warts with the squashed leaves.
2nd time in flowering mode since Liana gave the plants to me 2 years ago.

Day 411 and a Third Wave predicted

Cases are escalating in SA and death stats in India indicates that the virus is out of control.
   

But once again I am looking "further" than the pandemic!
