End of February 2021

Most of the last hours of the month was spent in the Trauma room at St George's, where, on my back in a cubicle, I heard the voice of Cyril Ramaphosa.

    I just had an ECG done when he announced the move to level 1 and the new curfew from midnight to 4am ( with immediate effect).  It did not chance my alarmingly high blood pressue of 160 on 102 though. 

   Saturday was National Milktart Day and I mixed a few ingredients to make a filling... No need for a crust. Felt good about cutting on carbs. 

In Wellington, Eon spent the day with friends and colleagues to move his family to their new apartment.
