Meet the rag pickers!

I was the mother of all charity sales that I ever attended in Port Elizabeth ...    The ACVV in Forest Hill had a sale of the donations they received during this year.
     Volunteers worked for a day to make "heaps" of the clothes, linen, shoes, toys, books etc to make it easy for the customers / buyers to identify where they wanted to "start their shopping spree".
   All items were priced at R5!  Within two hours after they opened shop in their hall, the heaps were integrated and people were sitting on the floor picking through the merchandise!
